It began as a study of why clients move their money elsewhere, and it became a product that flips the default. Instead of the automatic-rollover process happening to a terminated employee weeks later, Voluntary Rollover (briefly Direct Rollover) notifies them right away and gives them a simple, self-directed path to move their savings themselves, through a partner API like ADP.
